Cancellation & No-Show Policy

In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a $250 cancellation fee for all appointments canceled less than 72 hours in advance and for all no-show appointments.

This fee is absolutely non-refundable and is a requirement to make another appointment with us.

We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone as soon as possible to enable time to fill your spot. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to helping you achieve your beauty goals.
