A Note From The Founder

If you’re here, I first want to say thank you. I know choosing someone to trust with your face is deeply personal, and it truly means so much to me that you’re considering Lily Lane.

Before aesthetics, I spent years working as a physician assistant in both cardiovascular and plastic surgery. Those experiences taught me the importance of precision, anatomy, and attention to detail, but they also taught me something even more important: every patient deserves to feel heard, cared for, and genuinely valued. Those principles have shaped the way I practice today.

When I founded Lily Lane, I wasn’t simply opening a medical aesthetics practice. I was creating the kind of place I always wished existed—a place where luxury feels welcoming, where relationships matter, and where every treatment is guided by honesty, intention, and excellence.

My philosophy has always been simple: I don’t believe in changing the way you look. I believe in helping you look like the most refreshed, confident version of yourself. My approach is centered on facial harmony, balance, and timeless, natural-looking results that honor your unique features rather than chasing trends or creating a one-size-fits-all look.

I believe aesthetic medicine should never feel transactional. Every face tells a story, and every treatment plan should be as unique as the person sitting in my chair. That’s why I take the time to truly listen, educate, and create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals—not someone else’s idea of beauty.

One of the things my patients hear me say most often is that my job isn’t to sell you treatments—it’s to be someone you can trust. The name Lily Lane holds a special place in my heart. I named this practice after my daughter, Lily, because this business has always been about so much more than aesthetics. It’s a reminder of why I took a leap of faith to build something from the ground up and of the legacy I hope to leave behind. I wanted to create something that reflects the values that matter most to me—integrity, compassion, excellence, and genuine connection—and to show my daughter that women can dream boldly, work hard, and build something meaningful while staying true to who they are.

Today, those values extend far beyond me. Every person on our team shares the same commitment to making you feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely seen from the moment you walk through our doors.
