Medical-grade microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the skin, activating the body's natural healing response and stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin.
Exosome + Microtoxin Infusion | Regenerate + Refine
This is where the Elixir gets its name. During the microneedling portion of the treatment, the skin is treated with a concentrated regenerative infusion featuring exosomes combined with a topical microtoxin component. Exosomes are incorporated to support the skin's regenerative environment following treatment, while the microtoxin component is used with the goal of enhancing overall skin refinement.
CO₂ Recovery Mask | Soothe + Hydrate
We finish with a cooling CO₂ mask to soothe and calm freshly treated skin and complete the Elixir experience.
What to Expect the Day of Your Lily Elixir™
Your Lily Elixir appointment lasts approximately two hours from start to finish, and every step is performed in a specific order so each modality supports the next.
A Personalized Skin Assessment
We begin by discussing your goals, reviewing your medical history and evaluating your skin — tone, texture, pigmentation, pore appearance and overall quality. Clinical photography is taken, and your provider confirms whether a single Elixir or the Series is the right approach for your skin and treatment history.
The Protocol, In Sequence
We begin with BBL® across the face, neck and chest to address pigmentation and redness. After topical numbing, we then perform SkinPen® microneedling, applying the signature exosome + microtoxin infusion during the treatment so it is delivered while the microchannels are open. Every Elixir treats the full face, neck and chest.
The Finishing Step
We close with a cooling CO₂ recovery mask to soothe and calm freshly treated skin. Before you leave, we review your aftercare instructions in detail — including sun protection, cleansing and which products to pause and when to reintroduce them.
Expected Results Timeline
Most patients experience redness and warmth similar to a mild sunburn immediately following treatment. Downtime varies by individual, skin type and treatment settings.

What is The Lily Elixir™?

How is this different from booking BBL or microneedling on its own?
Individual treatments each address one pathway. The Elixir layers complementary modalities in a deliberate sequence during the same appointment, so the infusion is delivered during microneedling and the skin is treated for tone, texture and collagen support together rather than across separate visits.
How long does the appointment take?
Approximately two hours, including your consultation, topical numbing, each treatment step, and the CO₂ recovery mask.
What areas are treated?
Every Lily Elixir treats the face, neck and chest. The neck and chest often show signs of aging earlier than the face and are frequently under-treated, which is why they're included in every Elixir rather than offered as an add-on.
